General Description:

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing team in executing CI&T digital marketing activities. This pivotal role will be working with many people across all internal departments within North America and globally, as well as external teams (vendors/agencies, etc.) and therefore requires a high level of initiative, incredible people skills, clear communication and follow through, attention to detail, sense of humor, positive attitude, and ability to troubleshoot quickly. You will gain a deeper understanding of marketing strategy and our brand’s business objectives and positionings. 

Responsibilities:
Assist with execution of marketing plan activities to grow CI&T’s brand awareness/advocacy & drive exposure for our solutions.

Assist with execution of editorial calendar and content development initiatives.

Assist with updating the website and maintaining social media channels.

Compile case studies to be used for pitch deck proposals and marketing campaigns.

Support sales lead tracking, data entry, analysis and reporting.

Support technology partnership marketing program as needed.

Assist with tasks as needed such as invoice tracking, contract progression, and budget inputs.

Coordinate cross-functionally with the global marketing team.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required – marketing or communications major preferred  

Minimum 2-3 years of agency or marketing experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and flexible

Able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels and globally is a must

Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence – not afraid to ask questions 

Resourceful and creative problem solver – at times with little direction/oversight  

Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple projects and details  

High level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies & errors including product names, grammar, tone of voice

Solid project management skills 

Excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment

Excellent skills in Google G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)

Travel at times required for marketing events up to 30%, once COVID restrictions are lifted.
