This past year, CI&T has been going beyond diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings to regularly engage employees with visual arts, music, film, and written material that celebrates diverse groups.
As a leader in the digital transformation space, CI&T is driven by innovation. As we considered how to create experiences that celebrate diversity, promote equity, and encourage inclusion, we wanted to share content that meets diverse learning needs.

Each month, participants in Employee Resource Groups partner with our DEI Specialist to curate culturally relevant films, TedTalks, podcasts, playlists, and virtual museums to engage employees with a new diverse group. In February, we celebrated the contributions and history of Black people. In March, we shared stories and accomplishments of women across the world. In April, we curated content to engage employees with Arab American Heritage and in May, we are celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Our people say the posts have opened their eyes to the history and experiences of different cultures, helped them to understand the importance of putting their pronouns in their email signature to promote inclusion, and encouraged them to try new recipes. In addition to Workplace posts, CI&T also hosts panels, lunch and learns, and highlights the experiences of their diverse employees through a virtual series called Tech Voices.

Looking towards the future, CI&T plans to continue creating culturally relevant learning experiences so that we can learn to support each other on our own unique journeys.
