Innovation drives our business and we hire based on the potential we see in people. At CI&T, you’ll be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use your initiative, and build tools that help simplify everyday tasks and make the world a better place. You'll be performing important work that will propel your career to new heights. And we know work isn’t just about what you do, it’s about how you feel. At CI&T, you will be welcomed, appreciated, challenged, seen, and inspired.

Application

Your application is the first step in the hiring process and is your opportunity to tell us all about yourself.
Here’s what you need to know before you apply:

  • You can share your LinkedIn profile
  • You can only attach one file and it should be a .doc. .docx or .pdf file
  • You will be asked for your name, email, phone number and current company
  • You will need to answer a short questionnaire.

Interview Process

Throughout our interview process, we will work with you to discover your abilities both as a professional and as an individual, so we can ensure that you are evaluated consistently and fairly. We also build in time for you to talk to your interviewers, and to understand our culture, company structure, and the role you are applying for. Your interview may be held over the phone, online, or in a CI&T office, and could be with a single person or a panel of 2 to 3 people.

For our virtual interviews, candidates must:

  • Have their camera turned on
  • Turn off any backgrounds or filters in the program

Recruitment Interview (60 minutes): Our Talent Attraction Analyst will conduct a preliminary evaluation of your abilities. They will assist you in identifying suitable roles within the company while taking into account your career aspirations. They will also be your main point of contact throughout the process.

Technical Interview (30-60 minutes / 1-2 rounds): In this stage, you might meet a hiring manager, team leader, potential peer, or key stakeholder. This interview will assess your technical experience and ability. Technical challenges or skill questionnaires may be required for some roles. We want to learn as much about you as possible before asking you to commit more of your valuable time to the hiring process.

Client Interview (30 minutes): A technical interview is required by some of our clients. The goal of this interview is to understand your experience and problem-solving skills in your area of expertise.

In the days following your interview, we will let you know if we have decided to move you along in the process. If we have decided that this role is not the right fit, we will reach out to let you know and to ask if we can contact you in the future for other positions.

We are looking for forward-thinking, curious and creative problem solvers who are passionate about technology and collaboration.

During the interview, you will be asked about your past experiences, for example:
• Tell me about a time when you worked with a new team.
• Describe a situation in which your actions had a positive influence on others.

You will also be asked questions about your thought process in work-related situations, for example:
• If you were given a difficult project, how would you ensure its success?
• What would you do if you had a conflict with a team member?

You will be expected to describe specific examples from previous positions so that our interviewers can assess your proficiency in each of our core competencies.

Be sure to include these three things in your responses:
• Context: Provide the interviewer with enough background information so that they can fully understand the context.
• Actions:  Share all of the relevant actions that YOU took (or would take) in that scenario. Explain your rationale.
• Results: Share the results that came from your actions and their impact. Explain what you expected and why.

Most interviews will last between 30 and 60 minutes. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about CI&T by asking any questions you might have.
