March 2021 - CI&T signed a public commitment to the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in favor of gender equity and women's empowerment. The WEPs are a set of seven principles established by the UN Global Pact and UN Women and are formed by international standards of work and human rights, recognizing the participation and responsibility of companies for the transformation of the work environment, the market, and society about the theme.

As a global digital expert who bets heavily on collective intelligence, believing that the room is always smarter and more creative than anyone in that room, the more diverse our "rooms" are, the better and more innovative our solutions will be.
