The certification is evaluated based on employee feedback, showing how much trust a company has earned and how positive the work environment is. Earning this certification is a proof of an outstanding workplace and significantly enhances corporate value.

Survey Highlights: Steady Growth and Achieving "100%"

The most notable highlight of this year's survey is that we achieved 100% in the overall evaluation (GPTW Statement). This not only exceeds the Japanese benchmark for small-sized companies (92%), but also reflects the steady, year-over-year improvement from our initial score of 45% in 2023.

Additionally, the Average of All Statements reached 86%, showing a further increase from last year's 85%.

The survey highlighted several areas for growth, such as creating opportunities to contribute to the local community, expanding our unique employee benefits, and strengthening business operations and effective project assignments by management.
