How do I get to the office from Jose Maria Cordoba International Airport? There are several options: you can share an Uber with colleagues arriving on the same flight as you, take a bus to San Diego Shopping Center (10 minutes from the office), or take a carpool to San Diego Shopping Center. These last two options have high departure frequencies. Do I need to check in for my trip? If you are traveling with Jetsmart, you must check in 72 hours before your flight. If you are traveling with Latam and Avianca, you must check in 48 hours in advance. How will meals and transportation be arranged during my stay in Medellín? CI&T is pleased to cover dinner on November 28th and breakfast on Saturday, November 29th (included in the hotel rate). All other meals must be covered by each employee. How do I check into the office? You will receive a form, which is given priority to those living outside of Medellín and the metropolitan area. The first 100 people to complete it will be admitted to the office on Friday the 28th. If your flight arrives in the afternoon and you don't need to use the space all day, we suggest allowing it to be used by those who need to work throughout the day. What time can I check in at the assigned hotel? Check-in can be done starting at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 28th. What time is check-out from the hotel? Check-out is Saturday, November 29th at 12:00 PM. When will my roommate be confirmed? This will be confirmed within the next few weeks. How do I know which hotel has been assigned to me? An email with this information will be sent once the room is assigned. When will I receive my flight information? Flight information is being sent to your corporate emails by group. If you haven't received it, don't worry, you will soon. How is transportation from my home to the airport in my home city managed? This transportation must be arranged and covered by each employee. What baggage does the ticket cover? The ticket only covers one personal item; if you need additional luggage, it must be covered by each employee. Is there a dress code for the event? There is no dress code for the event. The weather is temperate, and temperatures can reach a minimum of 18 degrees at night. Can changes be made to flight and accommodation reservations? Este transporte debe ser gestionado y cubierto por cada empleado. ¿Cuál es la maleta que cubre el tiquete? El tiquete solo cubre un artículo personal, en caso de que necesites algún otro equipaje, debe ser cubierto por cada empleado. ¿Hay código de vestuario para el evento? No hay código de vestuario para el evento, el clima es templado, puede alcanzar una temperatura mínima de 18 grados en la noche. ¿Se pueden hacer modificaciones en las reservas realizadas de vuelos y hospedajes? Las modificaciones en los vuelos deben ser realizadas por cada persona en caso de ser necesario, asumiendo el costo, el hotel no puede ser cambiado y/o cancelado, en el caso de necesitar noches adicionales, deben contactar al hotel directamente para verificar disponibilidad. ¿Dónde me recoge y deja el bus del evento? El autobús sale desde y hacia la oficina de Medellín. Recomendaciones generales: - Les recomendamos si van a traer sus laptops por favor ser cuidadosos, tener en cuenta que si van a la oficina no es posible dejar el equipo allí, por lo que es preferible atender a las reuniones que tengan desde el hotel. - Tener presente un presupuesto para las comidas y transportes que debes de asumir: - Por cada comida un promedio de 35.000 - Restaurantes cerca a la oficina: Choripollería, pesto y mole, subway, fire house, helénicos, crepes and waffles. - Clima: Entre 30 y 16 grados centígrados, posibles lluvias.- Ropa comoda.- Tener presente que el evento es hasta las 12:00 y el autobús los dejará en la oficina al regreso.- Deben de estar puntuales para tomar sus vuelos, cualquier pérdida o reagendamiento del vuelo será asumida por el empleado.- Si tienen calamidad doméstica, o situación de emergencia, por favor indique al equipo cuanto antes.- Si presentas síntomas asociados a gripe, malestar general o cualquier tema de salud te recomendamos cuidarte y evitar asistir al evento.- Ser cuidadoso con sus pertenencias y artículos personales en el bus y el lugar del evento dado que no se hacen responsables por cualquier pérdida.
