CI&T believes that in order to deliver the best services to our clients, we have to build awesome teams. We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join CI&T in Boston, MA, USA as we tackle large challenges and bring innovation and business impact to our clients.

Our expectation is that you can bring your experience and passion in leading Agile Distributed Teams and your desire to continue facing challenging business problems that will demonstrate your problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
-Successfully manage projects and guide teams and clients through them.

-Responsible for Software Development teams working with them on planning digital product releases, communicating with our clients, managing metrics and leading the team members to grow individually.

-Create product requirements documentation. 

-Facilitate the discovery/design sessions and development demos. 

-Manage the backlog grooming with the technical team.

-Manage the project team tracking scope, schedule, staffing, and budget. 

-Manage the project plan, change requests (to scope, time and budget), track and mitigate project risks.

-Create and maintain the design/development roadmap and feature prioritization. 

-Unify stakeholders around product strategy and roadmap. 

-Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

-Manage analytics tools and provide key insights for roadmap prioritization (Hotjar, Smartlook, Inspectlet). 

-Proactively communicate with clients on project status, challenges, risks and opportunities. 

-Manage the internal team and communicate with upper management (one-on-ones, performance, retros, team engagement).

-Organize the team and oversee administrative tasks (forecast, invoicing, team vacation, overtime etc.).

-Coordinate and facilitate all team meetings (internal and integrated team).

-Demonstrated comfort in both the client service and project delivery worlds. 

-Oversee all elements of the product development lifecycle working cross-functionally with business, design and tech. 

-Demonstrated investment and passion about the financial services industry, the clients we serve, and the work we produce. 

Essential Requirements: 

3 to 5 years of proven working experience as an Agile Project Manager in a Software Development initiative (Scrum, Lean, Kanban).

1 to 2 years of proven working experience managing multiple cross-functional and distributed teams, in scenarios with a large number of stakeholders.

Comfortable in a highly visible client facing role.

Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.

Strong scope, cost, risk and task management skills.

Excellent communication skills, being able to prepare and deliver executive presentations.

Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.

Negotiation, leadership skills, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile Project Management tools (JIRA, Asana, Pivotal, Trello, others).

Experience in leading Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycles with teams with a strong mindset in continuous improvement.

Proven working experience in using software development metrics to guide the management of teams.
