General Description

CI&T is looking for an experienced Banking Industry consultant to synthesize strategy, insight, creativity, and data to help us identify actionable financial services trends, craft marketing content, and lead sales events & strategic client engagements.  The incoming expert will be accustomed to facing off with Financial Services executives across functions (Strategy, Technology, Product, etc.) to drive transformative agendas in today’s Financial Services sector.  

As CI&T continues to garner a stronger position within the Financial sector the incoming consultant will be responsible for capturing and articulating trends via thought leadership and sales materials. As a lead subject matter expert, the incoming consultant will be a part of most sales efforts (digitally and in person) and will have a point of view on digital transformation, customer experience (personalization & loyalty), disruptive technology (partnerships with Fintech), identification of pain points and other timely topics. You will position CI&T as a trusted strategic advisor and proven delivery partner.

-Gather and synthesize competitive banking intelligence, consumer insights research, and current (and currently changing) data points relative to the intersection of business, culture, and customer behavior.

-Synthesize Data + Insight to achieve targeted, actionable advice customized to clients and in response to RFPs and Sales Actions.

-Identify and understand the key banking trends and factors that drive consumer behavior and where CI&T is well-positioned to support clients based on capability. 

-Embrace an “Inform To Sell” spirit in the market and within CI&T’s highly entrepreneurial culture. 

-Embrace storytelling in a digital landscape, understanding how to position CI&T’s point of view on FS / Banking in a scalable way (blogs, industry publications etc.).

-Develop insightful, creative, empathetic, and demographically relevant communications tools and storytelling.

-Be on the front lines of Financial Services Client teams helping to scope, shape and sell engagements.

-Identify and reach relevant banking audiences, including your following.

-Be a strong and enthusiastic writer, presenter and communicator who simplifies complexities to get to the core of the problem.

-Bring the banking consumer to life (e.g., creating insightful presentations, videos, day in the life of, etc.).

-Lead strategic conversations with your thought leadership that help rethink and reimagine the way we communicate with clients and potential clients in the world today.

-Help to shape this role as part of CI&T’s broader industry grouping, creating a community of knowledge sharers, and client support specialists with industry specializations.
