CI&T's Empathy Lab Workshop was awarded silver in the category Systems - Social Design, aimed at initiatives that optimise systems performance by focusing on the human component - human capacities, abilities, limitations and aspirations. Empathy Lab Workshop The Empathy Lab Workshop is a series of digital-based exercises designed to help build empathy for people with disabilities, whether permanent, temporary or situational. Empathy Labs has proven to be a brilliant first engagement for CI&T project teams – a way to show clients how the company works, its priorities and purpose, and begin discussions about how the brand can help with their most ambitious projects.The workshop is highly interactive, inviting participants to complete a variety of real-world tasks using technology with various sensory simulations.
