PEXA

Understanding the customer experience from the outside in

PEXA is an Australian success story.

Created in 2010 as an e-Conveyancing solution to the Australian property industry, PEXA revolutionised and digitised how property transactions are conducted in Australia. Since then, PEXA has gone from strength to strength, and has expanded internationally.

For PEXA, the customer is at the centre of everything they do

PEXA and CI&T (then known as Transpire) first came together in 2020, as PEXA was looking to consolidate their stunning growth by going deeper with the experiences of their various customers, including lawyers, conveyancers, banks and other professionals. Our User Experience (UX) design team came in to help, and have been along for the journey as PEXA transitions from a product-led business to being truly customer-led.

“The Transpire [CI&T] team brought a level of independence and a level of curiosity. They were very open to listening to everyone's experiences and very open to understanding different perspectives. I think it's that level of curiosity that they brought to the program that really stood out to me”
