Unification and innovation in customer service

NATURE CONSULTANTS

Transforming the experience of more than 1 million consultants

INTRODUCTION

Natura, one of the leaders in the beauty industry in Latin America, saw an opportunity in integrating its operations with Avon. The need to offer a unified and personalised experience to all its consultants was what motivated the development of the Vitrine Project.

CI&T, in partnership with AWS, stepped in to create an innovative platform that not only unifies orders, but also adapts to the profile of each consultant.

PROJECT DETAILS

The Vitrine Project aims to modernise order capture, providing an experience similar
to that of an end consumer, but adapted to the needs of consultants.

Custom Development:

The new platform was built with a flexible and modular architecture, allowing for easy and intuitive navigation, unlike the previous platform that required consultants to manually enter product codes.

AWS Integration:

Using services such as Amazon EKS, Amazon CloudSearch and Amazon API Gateway, Vitrine ensures scalability and operational efficiency, allowing Natura to expand its operations to other countries effectively.

RESULTS ACHIEVED

INCREASE
OF 85%

in the additions of products in the Home & Style category.

MORE THAN
13 MILLION

of searches performed monthly with the new smart search functionality.

CONSULTANTS REPORTING

greater productivity and visibility of available products.
"The main difference between CI&T and AWS was that they brought purposeful solutions to a challenge that was not simple. They understood the context of the project.”

Thiago Sarkissian, Information Technology Manager at Natura.

CONCLUSION

The Vitrine Project not only modernised the shopping experience for Natura consultants, but also reinforced the company’s commitment to driving growth and success for its representatives. With a robust and adaptable platform, Natura is ready to expand its presence internationally, starting in Ecuador.
