We want to provide learnings for grocery store retailers who are experiencing high demand given the current state of the pandemic--outlining what retailers should understand about changes in the customer buying behaviour.
In order to assess the short-term effects COVID-19 has on grocers and the customer shopping experience, we’ve conducted a survey that gathers consumer feedback which allows us to better understand the current behaviour during these unique times.
