CI&T received recognition as one of Japan's Great Companies to Work For in 2023

CI&T (https://ciandt.com/jp/ja), which helps business impact through Digital Transformation, has been recognised by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (GPTW Japan) as a "Great Place to Work®" for 2023. (GPTW Japan) . We have received recognition by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan for the 4th consecutive year from the first participation.

On a global scale, a total of eight countries, starting with Brazil, where the company's head office is located, and including the US and Chinese branches, have been recognised as 'Great Places to Work' on a global level.

The GPTW Japan awards recognition to companies based on employee questionnaires on trust in management and administration, pride in work and the company, and solidarity with colleagues, as well as company questionnaires on corporate culture, company policies and HR initiatives.
