What your AI deployment partner should be telling you. And what it means if they’re not. Jun 24, 2026 That gap is the whole game. It is where transformation happens, or doesn’t. And it is the part that can’t be bought off the shelf, because it lives inside your people, your data, and your processes. So the question is not which model you bought, it’s whether the people building your harness are telling you the truth about what it takes to make a deployment successful. Learn more

CI&T project wins Global Gov Design Award 2023 May 15, 2023 | min read DesignAccessibility By CI&T CI&T and Emergency Management Victoria have been awarded Silver in the Global Gov Design Awards 2023. The project was to rebuild the Vic Emergency mobile apps in a way that brought accessibility to the forefront, so that all Victorians and visitors could use them, no matter their abilities. In Victoria, 30% of the population were born overseas, 27% speak a language other than English at home, and 17% live with a disability. With these stats in mind, it is imperative that Victoria’s emergency warning systems are accessible to as many Victorians and visitors as possible. The brief given to the CI&T team from Emergency Management Victoria was simple, but also extremely complex: To prove (or disprove) the use of an AI Translation interface to provide information, including real-time emergency warnings and incidents, in English, Arabic and simplified Chinese. In addition to this, the proof of concept needed to provide all this in an inclusive and accessible user experience for those living with a disability, and support a future scaling up in features and users. The CI&T project team collaborated widely with industry experts, and conducted extensive research with focus demographic groups to learn about how people would want emergency information to be presented to them. These groups included people from a variety of ages, genders, vision impairments, and CALD backgrounds. "We’re so proud that our project team has been recognised with this global design award. The EMV Plus app is a revolutionary project in the way that it handles language in a tech environment. It’s been a privilege to work on a project where accessibility and inclusivity are considered from the very start. And the best bit is – this is just the beginning.” David Bacon, Director of Design for C&T in Australia. With extraordinary strategic vision, EMV and CI&T have created a world-leading solution that will no doubt have a huge impact on the Victorian community and visitors, but will also be felt across Australia and the world, in terms of its best-in-class digital accessibility. For more information see the project listing here.
