DEI Match by Empodera

With Empodera, a social startup focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace, and YDUQS, a digital solutions group for education, owner of brands such as Ibmec and Estácio, we co-created DEI Match.

The platform aims to train talent from underrepresented groups in the behavioral and technical skills most demanded by the market while offering companies an important pool of diverse and qualified talent.
