The report outlines CI&T’s progress in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance during a symbolic year marking its 30th anniversary. It reinforces how the business is integrating CI&T’s strategic positioning of integrating business, technology and AI to deliver measurable and scalable impact for clients, people and society. The report forms part of CI&T’s global ESG strategy, which extends across its UK and European operations.“The results reflect something we consider essential: there is no technological transformation without human transformation. When we invest in culture, diversity of perspectives, and continuous learning, we create the foundation to innovate more responsibly and generate lasting impact,” says Cinthia Oliveira, CI&T’s Global Head of ESG.Published annually since 2021, the report follows international transparency standards and reaffirms CI&T’s commitment to the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).People-centred cultureCI&T’s organisational culture remains one of the company’s core pillars. In 2025, talent attraction and retention indicators reinforced a focus on innovation and technological advancement. In 2025, CI&T hired 2,852 employees.Focused on training developers in AI, the Next Gen programme received more than 11,000 applications. At the end of the programme, 415 professionals were hired, focusing on automation, assisted programming and AI-driven delivery.Employee development was also reflected in the filling of 52.2% of open positions through internal mobility.Social impactIn 2025, CI&T strengthened its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as central elements of its organisational culture. Currently, 52.2% of employees identify as part of an underrepresented group, including Black individuals, women, the LGBTQIAPN+ community, and people with disabilities.On the social front, between 2022 and 2025, more than 100,000 people were directly or indirectly impacted by projects supported by the company. This work has also been recognised through awards including the “Empregabilidade Jovem Brasil ESG 2025” award, granted by CIEE in partnership with Brazil’s Ministry of Labour and Employment, and the “Empresa Amiga do Jovem Aprendiz” recognition from the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA) of Campinas.“Celebrating 30 years is also an opportunity to reflect on our journey of impact and recognise that growth and responsibility must evolve together. The report shows how far we’ve come and where we can continue to improve, expanding social impact, strengthening our culture, and pursuing environmental efficiency,” adds Cinthia Oliveira.Positive environmental impactThe report also highlights CI&T’s continued achievement of 100% renewable energy consumption across its Brazil offices, including remote employees. This was made possible through the purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates (I-RECs), which certify that the energy consumed comes from clean sources.The company also advanced in reducing environmental impact at events. The CI&T Festival, held in Campinas, was certified as a carbon-neutral event after offsetting 14 tons of CO₂, equivalent to planting 72 trees.AI-driven learning and innovation ecosystemTo expand the impact of its solutions, CI&T continues to invest in knowledge development and innovation.
