CI&T & Project Nemo
Partner for the Art
of the Possible

Introducing Nemo – Art of the Possible, a groundbreaking financial app prototype we designed in collaboration with the Project Nemo initiative to help adults with learning disabilities manage their finances more safely and independently.

Co-designed with people with lived experience— including people with learning disabilities, carers, accessibility experts, and advocates—Nemo gives users more control, while still offering trusted support where needed.

Built in just six weeks, leveraging our enterprise-ready AI tool CI&T FLOW, Nemo proves inclusive innovation can happen fast—and without compromise. It’s tailored for adults with learning disabilities, but its flexibility also benefits neurodiverse individuals and anyone who needs more support managing their finances.

Built With the Community

This isn’t just a prototype—it’s a statement. For the first time, people with learning disabilities have had a direct role in designing a financial tool that reflects their needs.

Nemo is a powerful example of what’s possible when inclusion leads the way. It turns research into real action and shows how financial tools can be made with everyone’s needs in mind. With Project Nemo and CI&T, inclusive banking isn’t just an idea. It’s here.

"I'm incredibly thankful to the CI&T team for not only pulling this together so quickly, but also with such remarkable care, attention, and quality. This combination is rare and a true testament to a team and culture that performs exceptionally while engaging thoughtfully through the entire process. Seeing something so powerful created, something the community can now truly touch and interact with, is a profound way of giving voice to their needs." — Joanne Dewar, Founder of Project Nemo.
