Our Environmental Targets and Commitments Aug 24, 2026 | min read ESGEnvironmental By Gabriela Simões With the validation of our emission reduction targets, we have undertaken global commitments, including reaching net-zero emissions across our entire value chain by 2050.Our goals have been established to reaffirm our unconditional alignment with limiting global warming to 1.5°C: Commitment Approved Target (SBTi) Near-term CI&T Software commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 64.12% by 2036 from a 2025 base year. Near-term – Supplier engagement CI&T Software also commits that 95.4% of its suppliers by emissions covering purchased goods and services and capital goods, will have science-based targets by 2031. Net-Zero CI&T Software commits to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2050. This validation once again positions us at the forefront, strengthening our posture alongside clients and partners who demand decarbonized supply chains. It demonstrates that the rigor and credibility of CI&T's climate strategy are not merely a promise, but a commitment grounded in climate science. Our trajectory demonstrates consistent evolution: we advanced from early operational initiatives to a global environmental strategy guided by data, climate science, and direct integration with corporate strategy. Our goal is to grow responsibly, build business resilience, and support clients, partners, and our entire value chain in their own environmental journeys, utilizing technology as an accelerator for a sustainable transition.
