Agentic Enterprise Reinvention Install the operating system of the future inside your enterprise. From legacy to Agentic-native. Agentic Enterprise Reinvention (AER) helps established enterprises reinvent how the core operates through agentic-native operating models, embedded AI engineering, and measurable business outcomes. Instead of transformation theater, isolated pilots, or advisory-only programs, AER installs real operational capability inside existing value streams — with radical speed, operational rigor, and shared accountability for results. Let's talk Reinvent Enterprise Operations Transform enterprise operating models through agentic-native execution and measurable reinvention. Four Acts of Reinvention framework Embedded AI Labdelivery model Selective Integrationby Design Enterprise Reinvention Board governance ROI Pact performance model Compliance-Native Prototyping Agentic SDLC + CI&T FLOW Why AER matters Most enterprises remain trapped on the optimization side of AI adoption — Running pilots, copilots, and transformation programs that fail to fundamentally reinvent how work happens. AER helps organizations cross the Process Chasm by installing new operational capacity directly into the enterprise core, with measurable improvements across cost to serve, cycle time, operator leverage, revenue per flow, quality, and risk. Why Enterprises Choose AER? Cross the Process Chasm Replace AI theater with operating capability Reinvent operations without waiting for legacy refactoring Align compensation to measurable outcomes Install long-term reinvention capability inside the enterprise The four acts of Reinvention A structured reinvention journey designed for speed, governance, and measurable enterprise outcomes. ReinventionCharter Establish baselines, governance, integration strategy, and operational priorities. Installation of New Capability Deploy agentic-native operating capacity inside targeted value streams. SystemicExpansion Scale reinvention across additional operational domains and enterprise functions. Auto-Evolution Installed Transfer reinvention capability back to the enterprise for autonomous evolution. Expertise The Reinvention OS AI Lab embedded engineering capability Idea on Day 1. Working solution by Day 5. Measured impact by Week 2. Selective Integrationby Design Determine asset by asset what to leverage, adapt, rebuild, or isolate across the enterprise. Enterprise-grade governance and operational accountability Measure business outcomes through AIMS and govern reinvention through the Enterprise Reinvention Board. SPARK POWERED BY CI&T FLOW Spark doesn't diagnose problems. Spark signals futures. Spark is CI&T Business Builders’ proprietary AI intelligence platform. An always-on radar that turns weak signals into validated business opportunities. Built on Box1824’s proprietary sources and curated market intelligence, it guides every step of the journey: spotting the shift, validating the thesis, building the MVP, and scaling what works. 500+ sources scanned through 6 strategic lenses — technology, product, behavior, culture, laws, and regulation 20+ specialized AI agents working in coordination, grounded in 25+ years of behavior strategy From thesis to scale concrete, forward-looking signals, ready to become businesses now Connected to AI-Native Business Building AER often reveals entirely new AI-native business opportunities that can evolve into standalone growth engines. Once an enterprise learns to operate differently, it begins to see new capabilities, data assets, and customer experiences that can become new businesses. Explore AI-Native Business Building FAQ 1. We already have an AI strategy. Why do we need AER? Most AI strategies today are optimization-era documents written in agentic-era vocabulary. The diagnostic question is whether your strategy installs new operating capacity inside the core or merely accelerates existing processes. AER is built for the first. 2. We are already running POCs, copilots, and pilots. How is this different? POCs and copilots often produce demos and learning, not operational capacity. They sit on the wrong side of the Process Chasm and rarely compound. AER starts where pilots end: by installing capability inside a value stream and proving it against baseline. 3. Why not refactor our legacy first, then add AI? Refactoring can take years, while the market is moving now. AER uses mechanisms such as the Context Gateway so new agentic operation can converse with the legacy substrate without waiting for full refactoring upfront. 4. How is this different from a Big 4 transformation program? AER differs in three ways: we stay until the new operation runs, we bring embedded AI engineering capability that delivers working software in days, and we align commercial logic to baseline-delta outcomes instead of program activity alone. 5. Why not work directly with a hyperscaler or AI-native shop? Hyperscalers and AI-native shops are valuable suppliers for model access and technical components. AER is different because it combines enterprise trust, operational grammar, Lean-inspired reinvention, selective integration, compliance-native prototyping, and execution inside the legacy core. 6. Day 1 to Day 5 to Week 2 sounds too fast for our reality. Is it realistic? The rhythm is only realistic because several mechanisms operate together: the Deployment Corridor, Context Gateway, Compliance-Native Prototyping, and Agentic SDLC + CI&T FLOW. Without those mechanisms, the rhythm is rhetoric; with them, it becomes operating design. 7. What if we are not ready to sign a baseline contract? That is a legitimate concern. The baseline is declared at the end of Act 1, not at signing. Act 1 exists to read the operational landscape, choose the cut, and co-build the baseline before moving to the next gate. 8. What happens if the CEO or executive sponsor leaves mid-engagement? AER treats leadership transition as a named risk. The ROI Pact is contractual, the Enterprise Reinvention Board includes multiple sponsors, baselines are declared upfront, and gates create objective points to continue, adjust, or de-escalate cleanly. 9. How do we avoid vendor lock-in? AER is designed to transfer durable capability to the client. Act 4 transfers the Context Gateway, AI Lab capability, Self-Reinvention Playbook, and operational ownership so the client can continue reinventing beyond the engagement. 10. How do you compare to companies focused on selling AI seats? Seat-based AI is a tool category; AER is an operating-capacity install. Companies should buy AI seats where useful, but AER installs the operating model that turns those tools into structural advantage rather than distributed productivity gains.
