CI&T Releases 2025 ESG Report Focused on Social Impact, Clean Energy, and Innovation

Document marks the company’s 30th anniversary and highlights progress in renewable energy, social impact, and artificial intelligence innovation

São Paulo, March 2026 – CI&T, a global partner in tech-integrated business solutions, announces the release of its 2025 Global ESG Report. The document outlines the company’s progress in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance during a symbolic year marking its 30th anniversary. The report reinforces CI&T’s strategic positioning of integrating business, technology, and Artificial Intelligence to generate measurable and scalable impact for clients, people, and society.

Published annually since 2021, the report follows international transparency standards and reaffirms CI&T’s commitment to the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

People-centered culture
CI&T’s organizational culture remains one of the company’s core pillars. In 2025, talent attraction and retention indicators reinforced a focus on innovation and technological advancement. Recruitment efforts resulted in the hiring of 2,852 employees.

Focused on training developers in artificial intelligence, the Next Gen program received more than 11,000 applications. At the end of the cycle, 415 professionals were hired, focusing on automation, assisted programming, and AI-driven delivery.

Employee development was also reflected in the filling of 52.2% of open positions through internal mobility.

Social impact
In 2025, CI&T strengthened its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as central elements of its organizational culture. Currently, 52.2% of employees identify as part of at least one underrepresented group, including Black individuals, women, the LGBTQIAPN+ community, and people with disabilities.

On the social front, between 2022 and 2025, more than 100,000 people were directly or indirectly impacted by projects supported by the company. This work earned recognitions such as the “Empregabilidade Jovem Brasil ESG 2025” award, granted by CIEE in partnership with Brazil’s Ministry of Labor and Employment, and the “Empresa Amiga do Jovem Aprendiz” recognition from the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA) of Campinas.

“Celebrating 30 years is also an opportunity to reflect on our journey of impact and recognize that growth and responsibility must evolve together. The report shows how far we’ve come and where we can continue to improve, expanding social impact, strengthening our culture, and pursuing environmental efficiency,” adds Cinthia Oliveira.

Positive environmental impact
Another highlight of the report is the achievement, once again, of 100% renewable energy consumption across all company offices in Brazil, including remote employees. This was made possible through the purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates (I-RECs), which certify that the energy consumed comes from clean sources.

The company also advanced in reducing environmental impact at events. The CI&T Festival, held in Campinas, was certified as a carbon-neutral event after offsetting 14 tons of CO₂, equivalent to planting 72 trees.

AI-driven learning and innovation ecosystem
To expand the impact of its solutions, CI&T continues to invest in knowledge development and innovation. More than 3,500 employees actively participated in internal communities dedicated to sharing best practices and deepening technical expertise.

Over the past year, the company recorded a 290% increase in initiatives related to its partner ecosystem, along with more than 400 professionals specialized in cloud platforms and 210 new technical certifications obtained.

Technological progress was also externally recognized: CI&T won Gold in Applied AI at the Análise DNA + FENALAW Awards and Bronze in the Legal Operations category, reinforcing its leadership in the practical application of artificial intelligence across industries.
