ENABLING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION FOR A FORTUNE 50 HEALTHCARE LEADER How CI&T partnered with a global vision care leader to consolidate a fragmented digital landscape into a unified, scalable, and secure enterprise infrastructure. OVERVIEW Following a strategic organizational separation, the client needed to establish a fully autonomous, secure, and scalable digital infrastructure. This initiative was designed to modernize the client’s digital ecosystem and redefine how they engage with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and patients globally. THE CHALLENGE: FRAGMENTED LEGACY AT SCALE Post-separation, the client faced a critical digital debt that threatened operational stability and market share. Key challenges included: Operational Friction & Rising TCO The client managed over 160 disconnected websites. Without the shared investment of their former parent division, the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) was projected to skyrocket.
