A Unified Foundation with a Composable DXP

At the core of the transformation was a composable Digital Experience Platform (DxP). Netlify Create (formerly Stackbit) orchestrated content across multiple sources, while React/Next.js frontend components were standardized in Storybook for consistency and developer efficiency. The platform is hosted on a standardized and scalable Microservices Platform (MSP) that CI&T built on the client's centralized AWS instance. At its core, the MSP is a Kubernetes cluster managed with Amazon EKS and provisioned using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), ensuring resilience, consistency, and operational excellence.

Consistency and Speed through a World-Class Design System

Data-driven UX research informed a design system that translated UI designs in Figma into a developer-ready component library documented in Storybook. A dedicated platform team maintains this core system, providing a single source of truth that accelerates development and ensures brand integrity across all digital properties.

Empowering Teams through DXP Academy

CI&T launched the DXP Academy, a dedicated training program to upskill the client's internal teams on the new composable technologies, design system principles, and operational methodologies. This foundation enabled the simultaneous launch of multiple flagship brand sites — from pain relief to skincare — each with the flexibility to innovate within a unified, high-performance platform. Each brand website operates within its own dedicated infrastructure on the platform, giving teams autonomy while benefiting from the speed, consistency, and security of the core DxP.
