Campinas is where CI&T was born — it’s home to our headquarters and about 38% of our operations are within a 100 km radius. Choosing Campinas means more people can join in person. If you’re not in the area, you can still attend — just note that travel costs are self-funded.

Yes — our 2025 year-end celebrations are tied to CI&T’s 30th anniversary! We’re also planning an in-person event in Belo Horizonte (where we have 500+ people) and smaller gatherings at some of our international hubs. Those outside the main celebration areas in Brazil will receive a commemorative kit via the CI&T Store to join the celebration from afar.

No. The Festival and these official events are our only company-wide celebrations this year.

No — attendance isn’t mandatory! Everyone is invited, and joining the festival is completely up to you. Please note: people living in Campinas or within the 100 km radius will only be able to celebrate through the festival and won’t be eligible to claim the commemorative kit.

Yes, as long as they’re accompanied by a legal guardian (parent, etc.). Upon arrival, the guardian must sign a responsibility form and will receive a different wristband. Remember: alcohol sales to minors under 18 are strictly prohibited.

Absolutely — everyone’s welcome! The location was chosen intentionally: it’s where CI&T was born and where most of our people are based.

Yes — we’re reserving front-stage spaces for people with disabilities and pregnant women. Each eligible person may bring one companion (no exceptions). Companions will be allowed as long as there’s available space, with priority given to eligible guests.

Yes — there are four restroom areas, two of which are adapted for accessibility.

Yes — interpreters will be present during shows and presentations.

We’re committed to minimizing waste. Guests will receive a reusable cup at entry, and recycling will be available throughout the venue. We’re also promoting carpooling to reduce our carbon footprint.

Yes — the Social Ticket option lets you buy a discounted ticket by donating 1 kg of non-perishable food at the entrance. All donations will go to local NGOs.
