Letters of a 30-Year Journey

ANXIETY

By Leandro Angelo

Those who walk alongside us know: we are made of restlessness. I’ve always imagined that, had I been born in past centuries, I would have boarded caravels toward the unknown. And if my time were different, far ahead, perhaps I’d be exploring constellations.

In fact, I often find myself at night contemplating the sky, lost in the vastness of what we still don’t understand, and there, before the infinite, our daily dilemmas shrink until they fit in the silence of a star.

This anxiety about the new, this uncontrollable impulse for the unexplored, has always accompanied us. It’s as if we were eternal cartographers of what doesn’t yet exist, drawing possible futures, tracing solutions that, at first glance, defy logic. The body feels before the mind: a chill in the stomach, warmth in the chest, that magical pause before discovery, before innovation.

It was this energy that launched us through so many revolutions. From bold ideas we made vibrant realities, thanks to the rare alchemy between our clients and this extraordinary company that, in 2025, celebrates three decades of existence.

During these 30 years, we’ve breathed innovation like breathing air itself. Our compass always pointed toward the challenge of reinventing companies and industries through technology, creatively, intelligently, effectively. And looking back, I can touch each point of this trajectory: from founding our first center outside headquarters in Belo Horizonte, to the audacity of planting roots in Rio de Janeiro, exploring territory then uncharted. I also recall the boldness of turning a CMMI Level 5 organization into an agile company, when everything seemed to conspire against it. And I’m proud to have co-created memorable stories in the financial sector, like the digital transformation of one of the largest players in the Southern Hemisphere, a feat that demanded everything from us and gave back even more.

In each step, there it was: the spark. That restlessness that, although it can paralyze or cause fear, invites us to question. To experiment. To dare. To see beyond.

These were 30 years of collaboration, invention, and metamorphosis. Of creating bonds that resist time. Of passionately starring in a story that also belongs to you, who now reads this.

This milestone is not an end, but a beginning. A new breath. A spark that lights the torch for the next 30 years. And what will come? I believe the truly happy are those who transform their anxiety into an invisible compass, a subtle force that pushes them to walk untrodden paths, to touch the intangible. To shape the future like writing poetry in time.

Thank you for being part of this journey. May the next 30 come, and may they come alongside us.

With gratitude and enthusiasm,
