That’s the core takeaway from our latest healthcare research. In February 2025, we surveyed 500 U.S. adults to learn more about their perspective on sharing information with their healthcare provider.

We also collected each respondent’s Net Promoter Score to understand how experiences shifted based on sentiment. Each respondent had interacted with the healthcare system within 6 months of taking the survey.
