Women in Tech: Elena Engle talks about putting people first

I thrive at CI&T because I feel safe to be exactly myself: a queer, divorced, middle-aged mom. Our company culture is incredibly friendly and accepting and I always feel like I belong. CI&T also truly puts people first. My team encourages each other to create schedules that work for our lives, which sometimes include school dropoff, so that we can fully bring our best selves to work.

I am also part of a few Employee Resource Groups so that I can connect with people who hold similar identities: LGBTQIA+ Ally Group, Parents & Caretakers Group, and In Conversation with Women@CI&T.

Now that I work at CI&T, I can't imagine working anywhere else!
