Global LGBTQIAPN+ representation

In percentage of employees

Our LGBTQIAPN+ community represents more than 10% of the company since 2022.

We still have a lot to do to increase this number, as well as people from the community in leadership positions. Even so, we cannot fail to celebrate the achievements so far.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that foster inclusivity and create a sense of belonging for employees who share a similar diverse identity.

ERGs also provide personal and professional support. Many of our LGBTQIAPN+ ERG members do not identify as part of the LGBTQIAPN+ community, but serve a critical role as allies to the LGBTQIAPN+ community.

Discussion groups

Discussion groups form environments for exchange and belonging,

and are formed autonomously and have their own rules for accepting new members.

Pride Month 2023

This year our focus is on internal actions to raise awareness and engage our LGBTQIAPN+ community.

We are working harder and harder so that our people form this community that advances the equity agenda.

Among the actions are our 1st global webinar dedicated to Pride Month, a Pride Day in our office in Campinas and the improvement of processes and benefits for the community. Furthermore, we are promoting the contracting of trans-led services and initiatives, financially impacting the most underrepresented group in the acronym.
